【概述】

  铠装铂热电阻,是一种新型的温度传感器,具有体形细长,热响应快,抗振动,使用寿命长等优点。它与显示仪表配套,可实现对-200~600℃温度的检测或自动调节,广泛就用于石油、化工、冶金、机械、电力、轻纺、食品、原子能、宇航等工业部门和科技领域。尤其适宜安装在管道狭窄,弯曲和要求快速反映,微型化等特殊场合。

  本公司生产的WZPK系列铠装铂热电阻,符合电工委员会(IEC)标准。我公司生产的铠装铂电阻不但具有一般工业用热电阻的特点外,还具有结构*新颖,品种规格齐全,技能性能指标高,质量稳定可靠等优点。

铠装铂热电阻通常和显示仪表、记录仪表、电子计算机等配套使用。直接测量各种生产过程中的-200℃—500℃范围内液体,蒸汽和气体介质以及固体表面温度。

三、工作原理 :

  铠装热电阻是利用物质在温度变化时,其电阻也随着发生变化的特征来测量温度的。当阻值变化时,工作仪表便显示出阻值所对应的温度值。

【Summary】

  Sheath platinum RTD is a novel temperature sensor. It has the advantages such as slender form,quick heat response, vibration resistance, high voltage with standing, long use life etc. Itforms a complete est with the display instrument. 【铠装铂热电阻的构造】

  由于铠装铂热电阻的使用要求不同,其外形也往往存在很大差异,但是它们的基本结构大致相同,通常由铠装铂热电阻感温元件,安装固定装置和接线盒等主要部件组成。

  1.铠装铂热电阻感温元件:它是由金属套管,绝缘材料(氧化镁粉),引线和铂热电阻元件组合而成的坚实体。

  2.安装固定装置,其结构形式可分为:无固定装置,固定卡套螺纹、可动卡套螺纹纹、固定卡套法兰,可动卡套法兰等。

  3.接线方式:其结构可分为无接线盒式、简易式、防溅型接线盒式、防水型接线盒式、隔爆型接线盒式、插座式等。

作用原理】

  热电阻的作用原理是基于利用物质在温度变化时本身电阻也随着发生变化的特性来测量温度的。热电阻的受热部分(感温元件)是细金属丝均匀地双绕在绝缘材料制成的骨架上,当被测介质中有温度梯度存在时,则所测得的温度是感温元件所在范围内介质中的平均温度。

【Principle of action】

  The functional principle of the RTD is to measure the temperature as per the characteristic of the resistance changing in accordance with the substance temperature change. The heated parts of the RTD (thermosensitive elements)is evenly winded by the thin metal wires onto the skeleton which is made of ungroung materials.When the temperature gradient exists in the measured media, the measured temperature is the average temperature amid the dielectrical layer within the thermosensitive element range.

【The composition structure of the sheath platinum RTD】

  The outer appearances of the sheath platinum RTD are quite different according to their different use requirements. But their basic structures are approximay the same. It is usually composed of the main components such as sheath platinum RTD thermosensitive elements, mounted fixing devices,connection boxes and so on.

  1.Sheath platinum RTD thermosensitive elements:it is a solid substance combined by metal sleeve, unground (commonly the magnesia powder), lead wire, platinum RTD components.

  2.For installing the setting device, its structural form may be divided into non-fixing device, fixed cutting sleeve thread, movable cutting sleeve screw, fixed cutting sleeve flange, fixed compressed flange, flecible compressed flange etc.

  3.Connecting method:its structure may be diveided intonon-connection block type, eay terminal block type, antisplash junction block type, water-proof wire connecting block type, explosion isolating terminal block type, socket type and so on.
